Former QVC Host Lisa Mason Finds Love Again

May 29, 2023

Well, we’re glad to hear someone has found true love.

We were delighted to read a Facebook post today by former QVC host Lisa Mason. She left as a host several years ago when her beloved husband Gino was battling brain cancer.

He tragically passed away, and needless to say Lisa was devastated.

We follow her on Facebook, and in the wake of her loss she seemed to be thriving in NYC. She got a pair of cute dogs, and even did some Diamonique jewelry for QVC, as we recall.

Well, Lisa said two years ago today she met a guy named Scott, and she has found love again. He sounds great. She wants to marry him. We’re happy for her and jelly at the same time!

“Scott is a man of great patience and character,” Lisa said on Facebook. “A hardworking, loyal man who loves the same things I love. God, family, country … A man who my parents love. He is quiet, introspective and extremely intelligent.”

And here’s the kicker that may bring tears to your eyes.

“I never thought I would find love again,” she wrote. “But God showed me grace and kindness and sent Scott to me to piece my heart back together … Please don’t ever give up on love!!! When you least expect it…”

Good for her. She had so much heartbreak with Gino. This is wonderful to hear.

Lisa, does Scott have a single brother?

Ex-QVC Host Lisa Mason’s Husband’s Brain Is Cancer-Free

September 17, 2016

Finally, some really good, miraculous news.

Former QVC host Lisa Mason, a fan favorite, on Saturday reported that her beloved husband Gino is cancer-free. That’s a stunning and fantastic turn of events since he had been diagnosed with brain cancer, presumably fatal.

On Facebook, Mason posted, “I am thrilled to report that his scans show no cancer in his brain and all other sites continue to shrink! It is hard to believe that one year ago I almost lost him. Today, he feels wonderful, has an exceptionally great quality of life and is full of energy.”

Mason said she was going public because a year ago, she changed Gino from his treating doctors after they “gave us very little
hope and said immunotherapy would not work for Gino. I found a new doctor who would talk with us about immunotherapy. And then, he put Gino on immunotherapy even though it wasn’t ‘approved’ for Gino’s cancer. That treatment, by the grace of God, is why my Beloved is with me today.”

She recommended that those with late-stage cancer or caregivers to “TRUST your gut and get a second opinion!! If your doctor won’t speak with you about immunotherapy, speak to another doctor.”

Amen to that, sister.

Mason, a deeply Christian woman, also suggested those with cancer keep the faith. Indeed!

Ex-QVC Host Lisa Mason’s Husband Recovering From Brain Cancer

October 19, 2014

A few months ago former QVC host Lisa Mason revealed on Facebook that her beloved husband was diagnosed with cancer.

On Saturday Mason posted an update on Gino, the Samoan-descent spouse she would always mention on on-air.

“He is the strongest man I know,” Mason wrote. “Brain surgery followed by excruciating brain radiation. Now chemo. He is my rock, my one true love. He is my husband. If The Lord took us both tonight, we would have maxed out on love.”

“We live a small, simple life by society’s standards,” Mason said. “But we are wealthy beyond belief in Faith, family and friends. Please continue to pray for my beloved as we start this next journey together. With sincere love and appreciation.”

Prayers to both them.
