QVC and HSN Inc. are looking to open brick-and-mortar outlets in Manhattan, according to the New York Post.
The tabloid reported that the No. 1 home shopping network and the parent company of the second-largest one, as well as Target, are scouting for space on 34th Street.
The goal is to have a store to bolster their TV and online sales, according to the Post.
QVC already has brick-and-mortar stores at its HQ in West Chester. as well as Frazer and Lancaster, and Myrtle Beach.
HSN Inc.’s shopping network has several retail outposts in Florida, while its Cornerstone unit has 14 of its own, the Post said.
