HSN’s Cenia Paredes Designed Gowns For ‘Hamilton’ Gals For Tonys

Since we are half Puerto Rican, we couldn’t be more thrilled and proud of the success of Lin-Manuel Miranda and his literally revolutionary, game-changing Broadway play, “Hamilton.”

Miranda’s work just won 11 Tony Awards, and on Sunday The New York Times did a story about how his family members from the commonwealth and the isle of Manhattan all stayed at the swanky Mandarin Oriental hotel the weekend of the awards.

The article mentions that his mom, Luz Towns-Miranda, a clinical psychologist, and wife, Vanessa Nadal-Miranda, a lawyer and scientist, both wore gowns by New York designer Cenia Paredes to the Tony Awards.

The story also says, as we have already blogged, the Latina Paredes will be selling pieces from her clothing line on HSN starting June 24, this Friday.

Nice plug!
