Apparently looking to up its cred with millennials in the tech arena, HSN has recruited ex-Facebook exec Randi Zuckerberg — sister of Mr. Facebook Mark Zuckerberg — to be one of the hosts of its “American Dreams” initiative, according to Fortune.com.
She will debut on the home shopping network this month, participating in the channel’s hunt for “aspiring inventors to sell their wares directly to consumers,” Fortune said.
The 34-year-old, who appears on Oxygen’s “Quit Your Day Job,” will be seeking out entrepreneurs who have tech products on the drawing board.
Zuckerberg is an angel investor in women-owned companies, has written several books and is host of her own Sirius XM radio show.
In her spare time, she is a mother of two kids and a Broadway actress.
