To celebrate “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Lisa Vanderpump’s new home collection on Evine Live, the network will be hosting a “Women of Evine Live” reception at Lisa’s restaurant
The shindig will take place Sept. 29 at Vanderpump’s Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca.
“Celebrating the impact and contributions that Evine Live’s many female entrepreneurs have made, the event will also serve as an opportunity for guests to get a sneak peek at Lisa Vanderpump’s home collection, launching exclusively on Evine Live Oct. 24 and 25,” the press release said.
We guess this will give Evine Live CEO Mark Bozek an excuse to visit the Left Coast.
“I’m thrilled to celebrate the women of Evine Live,” Bozek said in a canned statement. “We are fortunate to have a diverse group of women behind some of our most successful brands at Evine Live. Not only do we have women-backed brands that have been with us for many years, but also an exciting group who have joined the Evine Live family this past year as part of our expansion of proprietary brands.”
In addition to Vanderpump, Evine Live vendors Paula Deen, Heather Dubrow, Nancy O’ Dell, Michelle Williams and Nancy Davis will be in the house.
Vanderpump was one of the first jewelry collections to launch on EVINE Live during the net’s Valentine’s weekend event earlier this year.
Building on her estate fashion jewelry collection, the Pump will debut a new home line in late October. The collection features a number of items that “embody Lisa’s signature sense of style, including a luxurious faux fur throw,” according to Evine Live.
Another faux throw! Yikes, someone tell Dennis Basso.

I’m sad that Shelley Cooper’s Sweet Romance is no longer at the network. Talk about a female entrepreneur, not to mention one whose jewelry is made by hand in America. Can’t they have one vendor whose goods aren’t from China? Oh, well.
