Ex-QVC Vendor Marc Bouwer Joins ShopHQ

Another QVC designer has joined Team ShopHQ: Marc Bouwer.

The handsome blond debuted his Marc Bouwer Unlimited clothing collection on the No. 3 home shopping network last night. We didn’t see it, but online the apparel looked pretty good.

Recently sterling silver designers Richard and Marianna Jacobs came to ShopHQ, their original home, from HSN.

The new management team at ShopHQ has definitely been busy.

What makes you think the new management team is responsible. It takes over 12 months to get a new line started, designed and manufactured. You are very prejudiced against the old management team. I and many others think they did a great job in moving the company in this direction!

Haven’t seen Marc Bouwer yet, but it was fun watching Wendi Russo last night with Carson Kressley and Countess Luann (Luanne?) They’re trying to step it up, and I give them credit for that. The 6 Valuepays and low shipping don’t hurt, either!

I bought one of Marc’s tops yesterday. There wasn’t much of a collection I hope he does more designs for SHOPHQ.

Glad to see a new “designer” at ShopHQ because their current clothing lines are totally horrible, third-world looking, cheap, never fit right and I long ago stopped buying from them. Only decent products at ShopHQ are Waterford and Borghese! Maybe the clothes will improve somewhat.

I totally disagree. I really like their clothing lines and shoes also. Everyone has different tastes. I do not buy clothes from HSN appears to all be made by same manufacturer but different endorsements only. A lot of it smells funny too and stitching comes apart very easily. Have given up on all of their clothing brands. ShopHQ is much better quality. QVC clothing is for very square shaped people, like buying a sack from Omar the tent maker. No shape or style. They are still selling same things from 15 years ago. I guess they purchased too much stock.
