We’ve Never Heard Of It, But ‘Internationally Recognized’ BECCA Cosmetics Will Debut On ShopNBC Next Week

BECCA Cosmetics, which ShopNBC claims is internationally known, will premiere on the home shopping network this Monday. We have never heard of that, but maybe that’s because New Jersey isn’t considered an international venue.

The makeup line, we told, features natural-looking cosmetics that focus on a fresh finish, “while benefiting the skin with anti-oxidant vitamins and high levels of broad spectrum sunscreen,” so the press release says.

BECCA was founded in Perth, Australia, by make-up artist Rebecca Morrice Williams, who was frustratied she couldn’t find a foundation that would not only conceal blemishes, but look natural and stay fresh all day. She now has a brand consisting of a full range of foundation and color products that are available to loyal customers in select prestige salons, spas, high-end boutiques as well as online.

“We’re thrilled to be launching BECCA on ShopNBC,” Williams said in a canned statement. “Offering women the opportunity to create flawless, natural looking skin is what the BECCA line pivots around. We’ve chosen many special, best-selling products for the face, eyes, lips and cheeks, and are very excited to introduce them to the ShopNBC audience.”

The products will launch on ShopNBC in a self-titled show series featuring makeup artist and BECCA Cosmetics trainer, Jo Levy.
